Stitch Credit

Think of this like a gift card. 🎫

• You can use the credit towards something bigger (applied as a discount), or you can get lots of different smaller things (for example, digital PDF yarn patterns).

• It can’t be applied retroactively – you must contact me to apply your Stitch Credit before making your purchase.

• You can use it for (almost) any yarn pattern Jessica designs, or workshop she hosts – see below for more details.

• Promotions and pattern launches are a great time to redeem your Stitch Credit.

How to Redeem your Stitch Credit?

If you want to spend some or all of your credit, simply email hello@doublethestitches.com and you’ll either:

• Receive a coupon to use at checkout

• Receive a custom payment link with instructions to follow

• Be given access to the offer(s) directly

Send an email to hello@doublethestitches.com with the names of the patterns or workshops you’d like to redeem your Stitch Credit for, and we’ll take care of the rest!

I do get a lot of requests to redeem credit (especially around launches!) but we’ll typically process your request within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday).

If you’re emailing to redeem your credit within the final few hours of an offer or promotion, please be mindful that:

• I’m in the US, in the Eastern time zone,

• and there will be a high volume of requests to redeem credit at this time.

Provided I’ve received an email from you to hello@doublethestitches.com before the deadline, any discounts, offers, or bonuses will still be honored for at least 24 hours after I have responded to your request to use your credit.

What can you spend Stitch Credit on?

Double the Stitches: Stitch Credit can be redeemed for (almost) anything Jessica offers, minus a few exceptions (detailed below).

• and make sure you’re receiving emails from Double the Stitches to be the first to know about new pattern launches and upcoming events!

Stitch Credit cannot be redeemed for:
• Memberships or ongoing subscriptions (except for/towards the initial payment)

• Upgrade VIP Passes for any Summits or Virtual Events that Jessica hosts.

• Upgrade VIP Passes for any events where Jessica is a Speaker

• Any future collaborative offers (where more than one business is creating, delivering, or contributing to the offer)

• Sponsorship of events

Stitch Credit is either valid for:
• A fixed period of time from date of purchase or date issued (example: valid 6 months from date of issue)

or

• A fixed period of time (example: valid until November 10, 2025)

• The validity period of your Lizzy Credit is confirmed in writing at the point of purchase/issue.

• The last day of your credit being valid is known as your Expiration Date. Stitch Credit expires at midnight Eastern time on the Expiration Date.

• Any unused or unspent Credit will no longer remain valid after the Expiration Date has passed and will no longer be valid for redemption.

Expiration Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances, that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As a courtesy, we send you an automated email reminder 30 days before your Credit Expiration Date, however, please be mindful that it is your responsibility to use your Stitch Credit before the Expiration Date.

Credit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
• Stitch Credit is Non-Refundable

• Stitch Credit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by US law.

• If, in the event you wish to claim a refund on a purchase you made using Stitch Credit (either in full or in part) you must follow the refund request process as laid out in our

Terms and Conditions:

• Any full or partial payments that were made using Stitch Credit will be refunded in Stitch Credit (not in cash). We will adjust Expiration Dates accordingly if necessary.

• Stitch Credit is Non-Transferable

• Stitch Credit cannot be transferred to another person, business, or member of your team under any circumstances. Your Credit is yours and yours alone to spend.

• If you have accumulated Credit Balances under multiple email addresses belonging to you, I can amalgamate all Credit Balances under one email address, at your request.

I Reserve the Right to Remove or Restrict Stitch Credit Usage.

Where Stitch Credit has been given as a bonus, a gift, a courtesy, a fun surprise, or under any other circumstance (with the exception of Stitch Credit that has been purchased), I reserve the right to remove, revoke, restrict or otherwise make void Stitch Credit balances in case of abuse or exceptional circumstances.

For example, if a payment plan falls into arrears, I may restrict the ability to redeem Stitch Credit until your balance has been paid. These circumstances will be handled at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.

If you suspect you may have Credit balances under multiple email addresses, please supply all email addresses you currently have in use, so we can look up all your credit balances in one search.
