When does the Tiny Treasures Stocking Challenge start?

The challenge will run for 4 days, start on Monday, 12/4 at 10 AM ET. Free replay access is available through 12/31.

How do I access the lessons?

Lessons will be shared each morning in the free Double the Stitches Facebook Community

at https://www.facebook.com/groups/DoubleTheStitchesPatterns

You'll receive more details in your Welcome Email when you sign up for the challenge

What supplies do I need?

A complete supply list will be included with your Welcome Email. You will need Worsted Weight yarn (craft yarn council category 4) and US 6/4.00 mm needles.

Do I need special yarn or needles?

You do NOT need special yarn! You can use any scrap yarn you have on hand. For a mini stocking the same size as mine, you'll want to use worsted weight yarn (craft yarn council category 4).

You will need to use circular needles, but any type or brand are fine. Use what you're comfortable with:

• Double-Pointed Needles

• Circular Needle with a flexible long cord for Magic Loop

• 2 Circular Needles

What if I don't finish in time?

This is a small project, designed especially so it won't be too overwhelming. Keep in mind that it's not a race and there is no deadline to finish. It's all about enjoying the journey and exploring classic sock knitting techniques together.

Is there a charge for the pattern?

The Tiny Treasures Mini Stocking pattern is included for FREE with the challenge, but it is only available to those who sign up for the challenge emails.

Make sure to download the pattern using the link in your emails before 12/31. After that, the pattern will be available to purchase on Ravelry and Payhip.

Are instructions included for a full-size sock?

The Tiny Treasures Mini Stocking does not include instructions for a full-size sock. It has been designed, written, tech-edited, and tested by other knitters only as a mini version.

A full-size adult sock knitting pattern is coming soon, and you'll get a sweet discount code when you sign up for the Challenge emails!

Stitch Society Members and Pattern Club Members will get the full size sock pattern for free in December!
